Here again some information on this project ^_^
As soon as I got the flag (it’s on the way^^) I will sign and send it to the other Phoenixes in Germany ^_^
(Kaddy I hope your offer to sew the logo still counts xD)
After everyone in Germany writes his signature on it, we will send it to the next country. ^_^
As you can see on the map this would be Denmark.. and so on.. I hope everyone’s fine with the map. It was hard to make a proper route because Germany is in the middle..
Roxx will send it to SM or maybe to Anke first (yukidama) and Anke to SM^^ Have to discuss this…
Because I don’t know where exactly everyone of you live, I will open single threads for each country and you can discuss in this thread with the other members of your country about the addresses and where to send the flag to next ^^ If you don’t want to publish your address you can discuss it per pm

Here a few rules you should follow ^_^
1. Please be careful where you send the flag to next. (Don’t forget to add the country if needed) Write always your address on the envelope/package. So in case there is something wrong with the other address you’ll get the flag back. It would be sad if it gets lost!
2. Never send it to people who are not members of this fanclub!
3. You are allowed to let your friends sign on it (if they’re DBSK fans^^) but don’t let them borrow it. The flag should be always in the hands of Phoenix members!
4. Sign up with your name and your country.. 1-2 sentences are okay too. But please don’t write whole stories on the flag. Remember that other people want to sign on it as well

Now that we got our Phoenix logo we can finally design our t-shirts properly. ^_^

You can design your t-shirt as you like but the logo should also be included somewhere ^_^
I won’t set up a deadline yet.. we’ll wait til we got enough designs

Europe becomes One

Hey Phoenixes~,

As you guys know TVXQ has fans from all around Europe, and as you might also know (unfortunately) they’re not all in our fanclub. The choice is surely up to them and we don’t want to force anyone to become a part of our community.

But what we want is to show TVXQ and SM that we are a huge and united fandom that stands together as one. Therefore we decided to create a link list of every European fanclub out there to prove how many we are and how devoted we are to TVXQ.

This list will be shown on our forum as well as on our website to be visible for every visitor.

The list though is merely a database, a collection of links, which shows that we’re all European fans of TVXQ and we all stand for the same goal.

The fanclubs and forums on the list won’t have an affiliate status, since many of them offer downloads and copyrighted material and we don’t want to have them closer connected to Phoenix. If you know a site or forum which wants to affiliate with us, we would kindly ask them to remove their download sections (if they have any) and the name and link of those website will seperately be put on our affiliates list with a button picture of their choice.

Take here a look if your countrie’s TVXQ page is already in the list.

[PROJECT] Massive Media Attack!

Hello girls~ (and boys :3)!

We are currently preparing for a massive attack on the media in Europe as well as in Korea.

Now that we finished our temporary website as well as our brand new forum we are planning on a massive attack on the media. Meaning: We want to send out messages to all the TV and Radio stations as well as Magazines across Europe as well as Korea to help promote our project and achieve our goals.

1. To call their attention to our project and TVXQ

2. To therefore boost the awareness level and popularity of TVXQ here in Europe

3. as well as the awareness level of our fanclub over in Korea / SM

But to do this we need your help!

Please aid us in creating a huge list of all possible TV, Radio Stations and Magazines all over Europe and Korea. Inform us on TV stations in your country that would be interested in hearing about our fanclub or even sending a broadcast about our project (possible stations could be music stations such as MTV as well as usual stations which include a variety of broadcasts (e.g. boulevard)) as well as radio stations which would be interested in airing TVXQ songs or information on our project (stations which play similar music would be best). Also we would like to contact Magazines which focus on popular music or would be interested in publishing an article about an Asian music group and it’s fanclub!

Of course we want to send out those messages in different languages according to the stations’ countries, therefore we need people who are willing to translate the text we are working on into their native language.

You can inform us at your nation’s topic on TV and Radio stations as well as Magazines in your country and later on discuss about the best translation together with fellow country(wo)men.

HELP US NOW: Bringing TVXQ to Europe for a Concert!!

Hello guys,

Today I gotta make an important announcement as well as start a project that hopefully a lot of fans will join in. Faye, a member of our fanclub as well as a member of the TVXQ fanforum “Begin” told me the following:

The friend of a member of her forum (they’re both official Cassiopeia members) got in contact with Yunho from TVXQ. She told him to bring TVXQ to Europe for a concert but he said it’s not that easy. They have to be sure there will be enough people joining the concert and he agreed on a deal.

If all the people who want to take part in a TVXQ concert in Europe send a letter to TVXQ on the same day, so it arrives around the same day, and the number of letters will be big enough, they will come to Europe for a concert!

If you always wanted to visit a concert of our boys, here’s your chance to make it come true! And what’s there to lose? As the flyer states it doesn’t cost you much and in case enough people write a letter, you can win alot!

Help us now to make this one dream come true! Just message Maya (who is also a member of our forum) via PM or email ( Mayaa-Seoul@hotmail.de or Sagwa33@web.de ) and get the address from her. Write your letter and send it at the 10th of November.

Also! Help us spreading the message~! Tell every European fan you know about that and post it wherever you think European TVXQ fans are to be found~!

I am looking for ways to get the project to the boys.
I have a friend in Japan, who can go to AVEX and deliver it, BUT i think it’ll reach the boys quite late since they’ll most likely be in Korea at the time.

Another way is sending it directly to SM Entertainment, but also none knows if it’ll reach the boys.
DOES ANYONE OF YOU know someone in Korea who could deliver it for us personally to SM or has any other idea?
we need to solve this problem!!

I have to make a deadline so i can plan everything.
Today is Sunday the 22nd June.
From today on you have 4 weeks, until sunday the 20th July for signing up.

Also (sorry i forgot who it was) mentioned it would be good if the different people from one country could talk to each other and make sure they do not send something twice. Please do so if possible via msn, pm or whatever =D

I don’t mind buying it, but if there’s someone who’d like to help out with just donating 1€ i’m fine (even less then 1€…50cent…whatever you want XD and believe me, the money is JUST used for the photobook, nothing else.)

Europe Travel Book – DBSK 5th Anniversary Gift

Basic idea:

A Photobook with different sections for every country.

Content:

(i’m gonna take Germany and me as an example, how i XD)
OK so the first page (the part where you open the book, the hard cover and the first page) will be a map with korea on the right and europe on the left where with red lines and a tiny plane it’s shown where this book is going to take them to =D

Then The frst country i introduced, in my example Germany.
I’d put a map of the country there and maybe also put little red dots where the exact fans come from,maybe a tiny photo as well? Stil have to really think about it ^^.

Then the first fan has a few pages (depends on how big the photobook is i get). You can design your pages the way you want. Like photos of you, you DBSK stuff whatever. You can write something, poems, a short story (no slash please XD),..whatever. The best thing would be also vouchers, programs, whatever has to do with sightseeing in your country (Germany….for example things from Castle Neuschwanstein…or we here in my city have ruins from the romans…that kind of things ^^).

After all the fan’s pages there’s a page (or two, depends) with a small dictionary where you teach the Boys something in your language. I think it’d be funny to have not only conventional speech, but also funny sayings, or show them how to order a beer and that stuff XD

Then the next country comes etc.

About the coins, we can put those at the very very end, but i’d say only if we have coins from every country, if not i think it’d look so incomplete ‘-’

 

How to participate:

I’m going to make a thread (later XD) where you can sign up, telling me each country. You’ll have to send me your things, you can tell me how you want the page to look like and i’d show it to you before i really glue everything inside so you can say ok or what to change.

I will set a deadline for signing up, as i have to plan how many from each country will participate and how many pages each country gets.

So, get your friends and everyone you know who would love to conribute something,to sign up here in theforum, on LJ or myspace quickly =3

Projects for 5th anniversary of DBSK debut: ideas?

Soon, on Dec 26, 2008, it is

5th anniversary of DBSK debut,

and we want to do something for them.

Help us collect ideas for the project but

• Keep in mind they never accept expensive presents. Buying them something is out of question. Small things can be discussed, but something personal that they’d still gladly keep would be better.
• The theme should be preferably “european”. If we send them something it’ll be from us, the european FC, so wouldn’t it be nice to have something that shows them our continent?

Some suggestions…

Travel Diary

Photobook with sections of each country including photos, drawings, poems whatever from fans, but also postcards, bus tickets, vouchers etc from your city/country, make it look like they travelled here with many souveniers and such =D
On the fist page a little map with red lines from Korea to the participating countries and a little plane (you know what i mean?XD). Maybe also a little Dictionary at the end with sayings from each country and such.
